SECOND: FILL OUT THE CM_BC MEMBERSHIP FORM. After Logging In, you'll now see a Crystal Meth BC Membership link appear in the upper left corner. Click it and Fill Out the Crystal Meth BC Membership Form. Choose the Membership Level and Payment Mode you like. When your payment is processed, we will activate your membership and full priviledges and benefits will be yours.
