Chilliwack RCMP arrested a woman for possessing a large quantity of crack cocaine and crystal meth Wednesday evening.
A police officer was conducting patrols near Five Corners and came across the woman, known to be involved in the drug trade. The officer conducted a check to see if she was abiding by conditions of a court order, but she was found with 13.3 grams of methamphetamine and 9.5 grams of crack cocaine, as well as drug paraphernalia. The woman was arrested and the drugs were seized for destruction.
The suspect, a 22-year-old Chilliwack woman, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking as well as failing to comply with an undertaking.
