Youth Detox in Victoria
Description: Specialized Youth Detox
The Specialized Youth Detox (SYD) works with youth between the ages of 13 and 18 years old who are in need of withdrawal management services. Program options include: In-Home Detox, SYD Care Home (operated in partnership with The Boys and Girls Club Services of Greater Victoria), and Ashgrove Detox Service. Support Services are offered 24 hours for youth and their family/caregivers in the program and include: assessment, home visits, outings, individual counselling, education and support and assistance with post withdrawal treatment planning.
