We promote the recognition of drug addiction as a health issue, and support a comprehensive continuum of care for drug users, including harm reduction, detoxification, treatment and rehabilitation, in order that they may achieve and maintain healthy, productive lives. Description: Specialized Youth Detox The Specialized Youth Detox (SYD) works with youth between the ages of 13 and 18 years old who are in need of withdrawal management services.
